The Bill (Reg. Ni6191) submitted by
V. Shvets and V. Moisyk, the People´s Deputies of Ukraine envisages altering of
the words in the part one of the clause 15 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative
Infringements: "purchase or custody of the specialized technical means of
private information obtaining" by the words: "custody of the specialized
technical means of private information obtaining."
The Criminal Code is suggested to be added by the part one of the clause 201 after the words "(except smooth-bore sporting weapon and ammunition to it)" by the words "specialized technical means of private information obtaining."
The bill authors also suggest the new revision of the clause 359 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The Committee members also stated that the amendments suggested by the document and bill Reg. No3358 are aimed at the criminalization of the illegal production, purchase and sale or use of the specialized technical means of private information obtaining.
The People´s Deputy deem the adoption of the bill facilitates the improvement of the mechanism of legal regulation of the criminal and administrative liability for certain crimes and other infringements on illegal circulation of the specialized technical means of private information obtaining.
